Brass Inserts for PPR

Introduction

These are precision brass inserts. They are designed for PPR pipes. The inserts create strong threaded connections. They embed permanently into PPR. This allows system integration.

Material Composition

We use high-grade DZR brass. This means dezincification resistant brass. It is perfect for water systems. The material is lead-free. It meets drinking water standards.

Design Features

External fins provide strong grip. These fins melt into PPR material. Internal threads are precision cut. They accept standard NPT fittings. The design ensures no rotation.

Technical Specifications

Pressure rating is PN20 at 20°C. Temperature range is -10°C to 95°C. Various thread types are available. Common sizes are 1/2″ to 2″. All are NSF/ANSI 61 certified.

Installation Process

Use standard fusion welding equipment. Heat the PPR socket properly. Insert the brass component correctly. Hold until completely cooled. The joint becomes monolithic.
