Production steps：
The production process of CPVC pipe fittings begins with the handling of the material. Usually the production process includes six steps of material pretreatment, compounding, extrusion, heat treatment, cutting and cleaning. First, raw materials are pretreated and mixed with additives to form billets. Next, the billet is processed into a pipe through an extruder and heat-treated to form the desired physical properties. Finally, it is processed according to customer needs such as cutting and cleaning to form the final CPVC fittings product.

Advantage:
1. Strong corrosion resistance
The corrosion resistance of CPVC pipe fittings is very good. Resistant to various chemicals and aggressive media. Therefore, it is often used in industrial and domestic plumbing systems.
2. Good high temperature resistance
CPVC pipe fittings have strong high temperature resistance. Can withstand temperatures up to 200°F. This would make it an ideal piping material for many high temperature applications.
3. High security
Due to its excellent flame retardant properties, CPVC pipe fittings are considered as one of the safe piping materials. It will self-extinguish fire under high temperature and pressure. No harmful fumes will be released in case of fire.
4. Easy to install
Piping systems relative to other materials. The installation of CPVC pipe fitting is very convenient. This is due to its light weight, ease of cutting and joining, and the fact that it does not require painting or insulation.
Shortcoming:
1. Expensive
Compared with other commonly used materials, the cost of CPVC pipe fittings is higher. It is a high-performance material, so it costs extra to purchase and install.
2. Intensity limitation
Although CPVC pipe fittings have relatively high pressure resistance. But its strength is slightly lower than other materials. Such as copper or steel. Therefore, it is not suitable for use in applications that need to withstand high pressure or require high strength.
3. Poor plasticity
Due to its relatively stiff nature, CPVC pipe fittings are not very bendable and malleable. This can limit its use in some applications.
