1.Pipe material. CPVC is mainly used to produce plates, rods and pipes for conveying hot water and corrosive media. It can still maintain sufficient strength at a temperature not exceeding 100°C. 7.Foaming material. The heat resistance of CPVC foam material is better than that of PVC foam material. The high-temperature shrinkage rate is quite small, and it can be used as an insulation material for hot water pipes and pipes. CPVC with a chlorine content above 60% has very good retention of solvents. CPVC can be foamed in solvents that generate gas when heated. A uniform microporous foaming gas is obtained. Solvents such as hydrocarbons, ethers, and aldehydes with a boiling point of 50-160°C are used as blowing agents.
